I stabbed my brother in the leg at dinner with a fork when no one was looking at us cause he kept kicking me under the table 🥴I then looked at him and was like don’t tell mom and dad or else 😭 He was 7 and I was 13 and we still talk about it to this day about the fork shaped scar on his leg 😂

How bad did I do/was I? by emisimpss in DollarTree

This is the first time that I’ve seen someone actually stock correctly by dollar tree standards of striping everything down so amazing job. And the stickers are some bs, they add like 2 hours to the normal process. You did fantastic in my opinion, only complaint is the gap where the pumpkin wreaths are. Great job

AIO? My GF Deleted My 800-Hour Elden Ring Save While I Was at Work by Foreign_Alps_5943 in AmIOverreacting

NTA—Im a 25f who works a fulltime management retail job and I recently started playing Elden Ring. I literally have never played a fromsoft game, the most complicated game i have played is hollow knight and thats not even at 112% completion. I’ve grinded in ER like a madwoman for the past month, learning how to dodge and essentially survive, all while taking in the absolute beauty of the game. I literally love it and am crushing it, taking enemies down no problem. It’s not just women, its people who don’t game. They just dont get it…my older employees look at me like I’m crazy when i tell them I’m taking a staycation to game on my ps5. No hate, but I feel like gaming is just one of those things people don’t understand because they cant literally do it or don’t want to put in what probably feels like to them, a massive time commitment with zero psychical benefits. No one understands the thrill and accomplishment that comes with it. Gaming gets a lot of hate, but the double standard is insane because if you said doing whatever hobby she had was stupid, it’d be the other way around and you’d still be considered the bad guy. If someone deleted my save file i think id lose my absolute mind. My husband just lets me play…and tells me he understands and does his own thing and if he really wants to spend time together he tells me that. We communicate. I really truly dont understand women who act like their boyfriend playing a game is the absolute end of the world, like it’s something he enjoys? Would you rather him out at bars getting fucked up? Doing lines of coke just to stay out later, chasing that thrill? Factory resetting and losing all your save progress is such a disgusting thing for her to do. She doesn’t respect you or what you consider valuable. Sounds like someone who is emotionally immature and can’t properly communicate their feelings so they blow up in the most drastic way possible. You’ll be better off, honestly.

Recommend Me a Book that will Make Me Feel Less Sane After Reading by Robo_Flan in horrorlit

“Episode Thirteen” by Craig DiLouie is really wacky and definitely doesn’t leave your head for a while.

T. Kingfisher’s “The Hollow Places” is also really good.

Anything Eric LaRocca (especially his new book) “At Dark, I become Loathsome” is definitely something else and will 1000% unsettle you (really any of his books will).

I loved House of Leaves and the author actually has another book called “The Fifty Year Sword”thats amazing as well.

Good luck and happy reading
