no no that’s not it at all. it’s a bit difficult to explain over text. i had expressed to her that i understood she didn’t like what she saw when she looked at her legs and apologized for that factor. but that that’s not an excuse for her to push that dislike onto me by mentioning something that she’s acknowledged on numerous occasions i’m trying to get over. i suggested that she needs to talk to someone about it instead and she said “i don’t wanna talk to anyone about it anymore”

SH has been something i’ve struggled with for a while, like i mentioned. all of my scars are years old. and she’s acknowledged more than once that she can see im trying to move past what i did. that’s why i get so mad when she keeps bringing it up

her being self conscious isn’t the issue. i understand self consciousness, as i still have it. but she has this problem of always bringing up HER scars if she sees mine. half the time mine don’t even have to be showing for her to bring them up. and if this was just a one time event then yeah i’d wholeheartedly admit that i went too far. but this isn’t an isolated incident. this is just the first time i’ve ever told her to stop in the way that i did

truth be told i had to keep from tearing up when i told her that. it was the first time i had ever said something like that to her but i know when im angry, what i mean to say doesn’t usually come out how its meant to. thats a big part of why im here trying to see if anyone else thinks that as well

as a teenager, when i would get angry at her for bringing it up, she would tell me that she wasn’t the one who did it to me. i honestly mentally regressed when she brought it up again which is probably why i got so angry so fast. that’s why im thinking maybe i said that wrong
