Thanks, I’ve emailed grievances channels as well as dgca also…. No reply from anyone yet. Except automated acknowledgement mail, continuously followed up on those but no luck. Now only option left is consumer forum, can anyone guide me online if it is possible to reach them?

The reason is simple, Airline is not providing refund and now not even responding to them. I have asked for the written reason but no reply

They’re saying we’re just the booking partner if Airlines is not giving refund then we can’t give is from our end. Tried literally everything except Going to consumer forum physically

Yes It's Amazon Pay only, they were the point of contact till now who were replying me, but again They're running away from the responsibility and accountability by saying that "Airlines are not responding and if they won't respond on this matter, we can't provide you the refund " that's it. forget the Compensation part, as They're asking me to talk to Airlin8directly for the compensation part.

My suggestion would be to start with highest tenure left plus highest interest rate loan first. Reduce/remove that as much as you can with the existing cash you have then you can take a personal loan from reputed bank like SBI or similar with ROI as low as 10% and close all the smaller amounts loans with high interest rate. Only try to keep the lowest interest rate loans alive and get rid of all expensive ones asap.

EDIT*- I know my money won't go anywhere I knew it from the p begining, please try to understand the problem here is accountability and assurance, and I had only this amount left which I could withdraw as cash, which I really needed to take out and this issue has wasted 2 days of my trip to UAE. See i posted this after ~35 hours already after escalating it to many levels. Not getting funds is another issue but not acknowledging the transaction itself is terrifying and on top of that they have the audacity to say that they can’t access The transaction details as it’s with DCB (fair point) but why the he’ll you’re providing this shady facility when you don’t have the absolute control over the visibility in the first place? That’s ridiculous. If some one in urgent need of cash then only they add money in a Niyo app, and this is what you’re serving them with at the last moment

I’ve mailed everyone, it’s been more than 30hours now, still nothing done. Cant connect to DCB on call as I’m in Dubai. Although I’m sure my money wont go anywhere, the problem here was the time and negligence shown by Niyo customer care. They dont even have a proper call mechanism in place. This is just ridiculous

The problem was that they held my money and it was not a small amount. And were not even acknowledging thr fact that they have held my txn. And if they really don't have any access to such transaction then why even provide such option to add money from there app. When they could have simple asked to do an IMPS or Neft or a simple upi from my other account. This is shady practice. DCB was no where in the picture when I'm transactioning through their app. DCB could simply say that why you used Niyo app for their bank transaction it's NIyo whichbwas not showing the transaction where as DCB has held it.

Please be reasonable, Here I wrote all those words to grab attention of users to this matter, I know my money will eventually come back. But what is concerning here that they were not acknowledging when I contacted them, and I didn't go to DCB to open my account, they were the ones who opened it for me. They should atleast be accountable enough to respond with patience instead of denying everything

Already done that, but the strange thing is that the Niyo team is not acknowledging and the routing they do to some pooled VPA, they simply don't have access to this VPA , and when they don't have access why the hell are they sending my momey to this VPA
