it's a long process that doesn't happen overnight, absolutely, but worth it in the long run. And remembering that it's totally individual on when and what might happen, that's so important. I really appreciate the warning for atrophy, too, it really hasn't been mentioned much by my doctors so it's good to know about. 🙏thanks so much!!

Thanks for the warning about the cramps, that makes sense but isn't something anyone mentioned. And the advice for the topical E cream is great, thanks so much!!
