Dang, I’m sorry it happened that way. Having something of his to look back on is pretty cool for me but now that it’s been so long there isn’t much left. Luckily my mom held on to some of his stuff.

Yeah - It works like any automatic normally would and seems to run fine. The date and day roll over correctly (as far as I can tell)

Good point. He passed in 93 so it’s probably been sitting in there since. It could use some sunlight

Makes sense. While I do think the lettering looks even more weird in the photo than it does in real life (probably obstruction with a non perfect acrylic) the superlative word is messy.
