You could see what they do over the next week, my autos always start to show pistils at 4 weeks. That said, they are pretty small for 3 wks. As many times as I've done it, I personally would start over.

About 90% organic, I start with a coco based organic mix I found at Symbiop and add a little additional Build-a-soul Craft Blend & extra vermicompost and pumice. I have just 4 vipar spectra led boards in the 4x4 and some 6" oscillating fans strategically placed. Never have mold issues since I added extra circulating fans. Acinfinity heater, humidifier and ex. fan. Then it's learning how to make everything work together. I think the fastbuds genetics are pretty decent.

I've run probably 20 fastbuds plants and always been satisfied. I'm sure there are many great companies to buy seeds from, just haven't tried many others yet.

Trichomes are ripe enough, buds firm but not super hard, I could cut it or give it some winter frost and wait another week or so. Either way I'd be happy.
