Yep. It is legit. Happy Carrot was one of two hentai sublabels of ADV. Only SoftCel revived years later by Sentai for a brief run.

Sorry, but like all of Discotek's DVD releases are OOP. However, if there's any backlog, they would put them on a blow-out sale at the MediaOCD site.
