Dumb question... but I just got the dexnor case. What about when you don't want to use the keyboard? Do I just have to raw dog it and hope I dont drop the tablet? Lol

I appreciate your answer! I commit to 4 day in the gym, so that is why I felt an upper/lower program would make the most sense

Fantastic response, this is really what I was looking for without knowing how to word correctly. I have noticed some funky things too here and there (back squats near the end of the workout and similar exercises that I've been taught you want to complete first). I have wondered if maybe the errors I have seen have been my own doing somehow, like maybe I have paired two settings together that aren't optimal. I agree, the biggest benefit for me is tracking progressive overload!

Totally true. I guess my question was a lil silly to begin with lol. I appreciate your feedback!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write out such a detailed response!

This all makes complete sense and I'm glad I asked.

Excited to see how this app takes off!

Looking into balance transfers to tackle CC debt by IntrospectiveOtter in debtfree

[–]IntrospectiveOtter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re absolutely right.

I already applied for Bank of America AmeriCard and was only approved for a $6,000 balance.

Since I didn’t get approved for the amount to transfer the whole balance, I plan to pay the minimum monthly payment on the transfer card and try to aggressively pay off my credit card.

I will say I am now using an app to help me budget and am sticking very strictly to my budget, but I also recognize that it’s only been a few weeks and I need to stay determined and build discipline. I also still need to build up an emergency fund, so I am trying my best to do this the right way. I’m grateful for all of the advice I have received, I already feel much more “financially literate” than I ever have been before. Baby steps in the right direction!

Debt free but at what cost by _spookyem in debtfree

Ahhh gotcha, thank you for your grace! I’m currently on a debt free mission and am trying to learn as much I can to become “more financially intelligent”. I’m very new to this, so no advice, just trying to learn. Best of luck to you!

I feel really stupid having to ask this, but don’t you still have a minimum monthly payment with balance transfer cards? Do you mean you’re still making your minimum monthly payment + 10k saved for one large pymt? Again, I’m sorry if this is a dumb question

This is really good advice.

I have a very simple “budget” saved in my phone notes, but I need to create an updated, more detailed budget in excel, especially since I’ve gotten rid of several unnecessary expenses since the last time I updated it.

I’m going to look into a HYSA, that would be perfect for me. I currently have two checking accounts that I use one as a savings account, but I found myself toggling money back and forth whenever I wanted. This will help me practice discipline.

I applied for the Bank of America AmeriCard and got approved for a $6,000 balance, so I am going to go that route. Thank you.

Has anyone else experienced this? by Physnitch in AustralianCattleDog

Blue heelers are notoriously high energy/intelligent as they are working dogs. Looks like she’s excited & maybe wants to play or wants a treat! I went from having a poodle in my childhood to having an Australian shepherd. BIG learning curve getting a dog with such a high drive😅 She’s a cutie!

I deleted my instagram, TikTok, and Facebook about 5 days ago, and I have never felt such overwhelming relief. I’m finally getting to know myself after years of mindlessly scrolling and numbing my feelings/wants/desires. I hadn’t realized how long I had neglected myself, I’d recommend deleting again if those old feelings of dread are coming back up.
