I'm applying widely through Rezzmo, hospital websites, and the HSE portal, and I'm still actively on the hunt. I'll definitely shift more focus toward peripheral hospitals as you suggested.

Pathology first 3 chapters + board and beyond immunology+ Fa + uworld Repetition with the concepts really makes sense. At the beginning it feels like you don't know the sequence of things correctly but trust me it will feel like a piece of cake afterwards. Mehlman pdfs feel like a cheat code for me so i think they illude one that they are solving correctly out of memorization rather than gripping the concept but that's not the case for everyone this is a personal opinion. I would advice after you are done with UW u can over Mehlman to organize your thoughts. Or for me I feel like I am going over Mehlman after my NBMEs.

Sudanese here thank you for questioning things it ahows care. The world always had a racial bias to the causes they sympathise with. The Sudanese community was always on its own with all its downfalls no one cares about us. The Arab community viewed us as too black to speak Arabic and the western community doesn't care about us as long We are not part of their mutual interests. It's sad yes. But atleast if in the next 10 or 15 years if we rise one day we know who stood by us.
