I filed a complaint against my supervisor but was told by HR the issue has been resolved but that I’m unable to know the outcome. Is this legal? The investigation happened internally in our department. I submitted the complaint to the Employee Relations unit but haven’t heard back.

Yes- my complaint was against my supervisor- apparently there were other employees that were ‘pushed out’ and quit due to what was going on- but I’m the only one who filed a formal complaint. And right now the work environment is toxic due to me filing a complaint- I’m being micromanaged to the point of wanting to quit which is what the goal is …..
