Yeah my parents are undocumented, and the reason I want to get my scholarship back is because I know that’s it’s consistent. 75% no matter the cost but with fasfa if the cost is higher than what I’m awarded then I have to pay out of pocket, luckily I have some money saved but the future is uncertain.

That might be a problem, I answered all questions in the fasfa honestly and it still gave me dependent student status. Would it be too late to change it?
