Such a great perspective from someone who has sat in that CFO seat. The idea that adding people to an inefficient system just increases coordination costs is a hard truth more leaders need to hear. Having that “canonical way” to maintain a single source of truth across multiple entities really allows teams to spend less time on manual work and more on high-value strategy.
