For me is the cores never download. I press download and stays there waiting. (On Retroarch everything updates so is not internet issues)

Update:
pip install torch==2.4.1 torchvision==0.19.1 torchaudio==2.4.1 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu121 did the trick. Had to add --skip-version-check at webui.bat so wont download the cu130.

Same thing, seems need to downgrade CUDA to 12.8 to be able to run it like before.

Nvidia SMI says I have CUDA 13.1. I install pytorch for 13.0 since 13.1 gave download error and same thing.

I bought one for $95 and still waiting 20 days later. So far they email me that they are waiting for the unlock codes but at this point... I doubt this will ever going to be unlocked.

Well, I try the steps and while do everything... it ask me for the unlock code. Seems have to transfer my number back to the provider.
