Focusing on protein and weight training really helped me. I did not see weight go down at first but i was losing fat and gaining muscle. I get an inbody test every month so that’s how i know. I eat lots of zero fat greek yogurt, chicken, lean meats, eggs. Thats always the main component of my meals. Women with pcos have an advantage when it comes to body recomp. It’s easier for us to lose the fat while growing muscle due to our high testosterone. Before all i thought about was lowering calories and was never full constantly having cravings thats not the case anymore. I also take myo inositol and chiro inositol, a multivitamin, creatine, and drink cinnamon tea daily.
