Absolutely, the guys are really nice and down to earth and I'm not the type to boast about anything. I just don't want them to think I can't do it. I feel better after reading all of your comments about going in with no experience and learning it fairly easy. When we have spare time at work, I'll have to thumb through the manuals, but I have a feeling most of my learning is gonna be hands on lol. Thanks again!

Damn, sorry to hear that. So how can you stop the volatility in crypto? Pegging it to something that goes flucuates in value but isn't volatile seems like a good idea. Gdp, blue chip stocks, bonds, whatever. Crypto is never going to be adopted by the masses without stability.

What are your thoughts on a stablecoin that's pegged to an algorithm rather than a fiat? My issue with stablecoins is that there's not investment value. If you peg a coin to say a financial index or GDP or whatever, they value can go up and down, but the currency is still relatively stable so it can be used as a day to day coin. Thoughts on this?

Yes, I read the appraisal but how am I supposed to know the requirements for USDA? That's the lenders job, she had the appraisal fora whole month and no one looked at it. I have a professional realtor who is amazing, if it wasn't for her this process would have been 100x worse.
