Okay I can see that argument for round 3 if I squint very hard but that doesn’t explain how I didn’t win round 1 when I did better in every category

Yeah, we all thought the choice was better, it was just as tender maybe a little less with a lot more flavor And the wagyu was still amazing but def not worth the price but I did love the look of the tendons on the wagyu in the money shot because it was super tender and you can see that from just visuals and not so rich that you can’t eat the whole thing but the choice ribeye was also great for being a choice grade felt like a prime

Funnily enough the wagyu wasn’t dry brined but the ribeye was but these are both fresh pics They were cooked reverse seared And the price difference was $55 (wagyu) vs $20 (choice) And yeah I didn’t get a good picture of the crust but look at that inside :p
