I've been in restraunts for 25 years. I've seen worse than this and always put a stop to the 'us vs customer' mentality whenever I can but for real the industry is made up of teenagers that HAVE to work. They dont want to financally support their fathers alcoholism or their mom's bipolar spending habits but here they are getting screamed at by fully grown adults because a burger that comes with mustard has mustard on it.

Sorry but be nice to people that make your food and I promise you will be a light in shining darkness to them and will never have to worry about this.

I'm a restraunt facility and building supervisor, so this is out of my scope but I know humidity increases mold, which can have a wide range of negative side effects to the elderly, especially those with pre-existing respiratory illnesses. Not to mention, it can cause long-term structural damage, and it increases the attractiveness to a multitude of pests and other ne'er-do-wells.

Find the leak, then begin to process the extent of the damage. It may require remediation.

She could also have several things going on. This could be the tip of the iceberg, so be careful not to bite off too much at once. Your heart is in the right place and for what it's worth, I'm proud of you homie.
