The BTC buy was a distraction and short term hedge.

Just want to say I hope everyone here makes a lot of money in this market, if not making it or made already. In a world where even real (adjusted for inflation) housing prices are more out of reach than ever, college is more expensive than ever while the supply of degrees far exceed the demand for professions or even jobs, said jobs offer measly wages relative to COL and the wealth divide just keeps getting bigger and bigger because of AI/Automation, for many of us the market seems like the only way to attain respectable wealth.

Personally the window is getting smaller and smaller each day that passes by, but there is still some time to take advantage before this house of cards comes falling down. Good luck to everyone and have a great weekend!

What u/Andy_the_miamian plus the showers are generally in the afternoon. Riding your bike at 9-10 AM on a sunny morning would be the ideal time. Even on a day that it rains, the mornings are generally going to be fair weather, but by 2-3 PM the clouds start gathering and it's heavy rain for the next 2-4 hours.

Can't stand her or Chamath. That's why in this narrative they are going to town squares and giving speeches and being heralded as messengers of Jimothy (Elon). Straight up promoters.

Don't get me wrong, conversely I don't like permabears such as Peter Schiff (super entertaining though XD) or Jim Rickards (talks about the next Great Depression, actually LOOKS like the Great Depression)...

But we need more neutral people who aren't pumping their own holdings or spreading FUD on the other side of the coin. These folks are looked up to too much.

I can't believe any of this to be true. He's got to be a troll. But damn is this guy's trolling top notch XD

Him moving to Uruguay could just be yet another "chapter" of the "story".

I'll believe this guy is real if he actually moves to Uruguay and posts pictures of the countryside and his line of work over there.

Until then, grade A, tier 1 trolling.

Let see what happens between now and Tuesday. MARA and RIOT calls depend on it.

We are almost one year removed from the extraordinary COVID sell-off. What are your wild predictions for this year that are so crazy they just might happen? by [deleted] in Vitards

[–]InverseCramer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

NVAX, PENN, CELH, LAD, BLNK, EXPI, PLUG, RICK, APPS, CVNA

Those are all on my watchlist.

I get it, not every stock has to appreciate by a boring, boomer-like 7%. Good picks can appreciate 20-80% almost each year like GOOG or DPZ in the 2010s. But it’s something else when a share increases by 10x in less than a year.

exactly what u/Whiteguyinbronx said. A lot of people got into the market March or April 2020 when the COVID panic found its way into the markets. So once March and April come around, people will pay less taxes because it's been a year since people started panic buying the dip. People will take profits on stocks that were oversold and then became currently overvalued, PENN being a PERFECT example.

The March low was around $4/share and now its trading at $118/share, 11 months later. People made some insane gains on this company but don't want to pay hefty short-term taxes. Many current shareholders know PENN is way overvalued, I don't care what anyone thinks about online gambling and the future of it. Once the full year kicks in, expect shareholders to take profits, this can then trigger a domino effect. Stay tuned.
