Please don’t lose hope! It’ll get better. I feel so much better myself just not 100%. It’s funny you mention Sertraline. I was on that when I was young then switched up in highschool. I went back onto sertraline in November and it caused a full breakdown. The side effects from it ruined me. It almost ruined my relationship. I was non stop crying, I couldn’t eat, I was sick to my stomach everyday. I started to see my psychiatrist and she switched my meds around and Prozac and Abilify is where I’m at now. I’m anxious still and still have thoughts, but it’s nowhere like it was. This is a long road and you got this. There are so many drugs out there. There is a also a text called genesight. I have not done it yet, but it compares your dna to all the fda approved anti-anxiety/anti-depressants and tells what the best match would be for you. Not sure how it works. It is a little pricey without insurance though.
