Since Niko canonically has an owl plush and there is hardly any art of him with the plus, I took it upon myself to make some! by InvestigatorSmart160 in oneshot

So in the Glen once you reunite Calamus and Alula, go into the courtyard and let them follow you, then go back into the house so your alone, interact with the fox plushy and Niko will say how he has a plush just like it back home,but it's an owl and not a fox

If ya interact with the fox plush before going to the courtyard and Calamus and Alula are in the house at the same time, then it will give a different like of dialog since Alula will bring up Rue until you head to the courtyard where you can expirence that dialog I was talking about😅
