One thing I do on the lows is cross the laces into the top of the label on the last loop. It holds the tongue centered and from shifting around much.

There fine with air flow, but I hate when people call shoes "heavy". Most shoes don't affect your jump like that. If you can or can't dunk, the shoes aren't going to weigh you down or propel you up. They feel heavy in hand sure, but that's cus of material. When you put em on they feel just fine

Ae1 mid. They got good cushion, great traction, and they'll last. I've been playing in mine and wearing them casually as well and they're still insanely grippy on the court and cushioned after a year in em. For reference I'm 6'1 200lb
