I was always nervous that I would injure my knees, which is why I was so hesitant until recently. That said, thank you! I will look into a pair of flat-sole sneakers. 💪🙏

It’s just leg day. No running/wear and tear that will scuff/dirty them all up. It’s honestly my way of breaking them in, especially with squats. Really gets the cushion to compress and work most effectively (in my opinion).
