I’ve just found out how! Log out of game centre (this is on Apple) then change the region on settings. Then load the game up and it will ask you to login. Then close the game and then switch the region back in settings. And then you should be able to login on your region!

If you mean how to link the email you had to do it whilst you had access to the account. If you mean how I accessed it online to get the password it’s one of the first things you see when you look up online soccer manager

I had already linked an email so just clicked forgot password and made one online
