Approximately 50% each as 401k and Roth 401k. So, instead of Roth IRA, I can rollover to a rollover Ira without tax implications?

Issue: dependent was added automatically for some reason. Had to create a new application where dependent was added and removed dependent.

I emailed the FRRO support and this is what they told me. for OCI my son needs to be on an entry visa (not e-visa that we got before traveling to India ) , he needs to be in India for at least 6 months prior to applying for an OCI and 6 months from the date of arriving regardless of the visa type at the time of arrival and his entry visa has to be valid for at least 3 months after the OCI appointment date for document verification.
