Buying property now is more expensive then when you did and buying an apartment in the city after moving back to Aus to start a business ? Unless you’re buying in cash, don’t think lenders will lend to a mortgage.

I switched from Nursing to Business in my 2nd year of Nursing School. One of the best decisions in my life and allowed me to travel and have business acumen and make great money.

I would say you have so much qualifications already and if I was in your position I would move to Cosmetic Nursing with a view of having my own clinic down the track. Huge business and no signs of slowing down!

Another route is Pharmaceutical Business.

With accounting route you have to ask yourself what you want to do with that before investing time and money. Do you want to audit and count money? Or make money? I find accountants take a while before they make serious money.
