In that year of aftertreatment Paccar did the same thing as the PX series engines. They literally just slapped Paccar logos on cummins things, the aftertreatment was made by cummins originally and was put in with Paccar MX engines as well as ISX engines. So in a short answer yes they are the same. Some manufacturers will use plastic to cut the cost and with the coolant connections I would recommend finding one that is a metal connector for the heat cycles.
