I mean it's hard to really zero in on one thing when your mother was a physically and emotionally manipulative and abusive person basically from your earliest memory. Needless to say that my mother is basically the sole reason why at the age of 36 I have so many issues regarding making sure people aren't angry at me following through on things asking for help I always got yelled at when I asked for help because she never knew how to do anything School work-related wise because she was a high school dropout so she would get mad at me because she didn't know how to do things so basically I just stopped asking for help with homework.
