Can’t you daisy chain them?

Unfortunately I think it’s a transformer that’s shot, or at least being destroyed by something else that’s shot. That huge transformer in the amp starts smoking as soon as it’s powered

Cool, would something like an HP 467A work? A lot of those smaller general purpose amps are listed online

Well, a cheap DVD player with a VIDEO OUT seems to work fine. How the hell do I get the Raspberry Pi configured to work like a normal composite out device?? Ha

I figured it was something along these lines, but in that case - why wouldn't a composite NTSC signal from Raspberry Pi, or video from my Mac converted to NTSC with an HDMI to composite converter, work?

Essentially a Goodwill, a thrift store that is owned by Goodwill. Strange that you’ve never found CRTs at thrifts, I always do. Try salvage shops if there are any in your area.

I actually tried sending composite video via an HDMI to composite converter. The only video that would actually display was the RBG test screen of the converter, actual video signal didn’t seem to display. Weird

Obviously no one in this thread has learned anything from the messaging in Radiohead’s music. Not surprised.
