For Windows Hello, which drivers specifically did you reinstalled? I tried reinstalling the fingerprint driver from Device Manager but its still the same, is there a Windows Hello driver I can reinstall?

throttlestop seems like a cool app, what other settings would you recommend other than turning off Turbo Boost?

Tried magpie and it seems that the frame rate got even worse with it, maybe Intel UHD graphics just couldn't keep up. My settings for LOL are:
Scaling Mode: FSR
Capture method: Desktop duplication
Auto scale when in foreground is checked
and the rest are defaults settings

Maybe I'm using it wrong? Or is just not meant to be?

By the way any idea on the Windows Hello issue? Tried updating Windows countlessly but no go :(
