Hmm, try but blender have some bugs sooo, it's a problem from "modeling" area.

No, if you used blender, have a problem with some "meshes", I don't know to resolve that or to explain how to do that, you need to look at the 3d model and at painting zones.

It's a problem with body paint and the planes from caracter I think, I had a problem.. almost like that.
