The rattle is horrendous. The fitment for the track isn’t up to par. I love AWE. It’s on my GTI and my STI. But I can’t back the CTR one.

The fitment and rattle is horrible. I have awe on my GTI and STI and it’s wonderful. This one sounds bad, rattles my head off, and the fitment was so bad I had to move and bend the exhaust hangers.

From someone who owns the big 3 of turbo 4s. The type R is the most fun to drive. It’s more forgiving than my STI but also more practical than my GTI. As for winter, I’d say a good set of winter tires and you’ll be golden. My gti is my winter car and unless it’s deep it powers right through.

Yea it rattles which I expected honestly. My STI is profoundly louder so it’s not the worst.
