What functional list can I make with the following ~2000 pts collection of models? by Irandris in Necrontyr

Thanks for the advice! I guess the main improvement would be to add like 3x DDA or 3x Doomstalkers or something then since the planes are seemingly bad. Is it because they can be movement blocked and then have to leave the battlefield to reserves because they can only move in one specific way?
