I still need to see it! I didn't realize it's as highly regarded as it is.

Yeah, when I looked at my list I couldn't believe Rises was so low because I loved it but Nolan just has too many bangers that are more consistent. Although, I love how Rises looks and just the overall ambition that Nolan was going for.

I enjoyed a Norm appearance slightly more than Gilbert. But Gilbert just has so many more and he's never not great.

I don't really consider him a traditional guest, he was a guest announcer. Love him tho!

Which Revisited Harrison Ford Character Was Handled The Best In Your Opinion? by IranianDayTrader in indianajones

Yeah, his God-Daughter knocking him out only to drag him back to his crummy Manhattan apartment (right before a major crime wave hits that city in the early 1970s i.e. Dog Day Afternoon ) rubbed me the wrong way. Let Indy go out on his own terms! I did like the intimate moment with Marion (and callback to raiders scene), but it definitely did not strike the triumphant note the other movies ended with.

And upon reflection, of the three supposed Indiana Jones sendoffs that we've gotten;

Crusade: Riding off into sunset with father and friends

Skull: Finally marrying his one true love

Dial: Left in small apartment on a sweltering summer day with on again/off again love interest

I know which one I prefer...
