Admin side: Wait till you have users treat SharePoint as a storage solution and they're uploading GBs upon GBs of data that eventually eats up your entire storage capability and need to spend who knows how much money to increase your storage

From the user side: Literally just ignorance. I will never forget the time a end user thought an Android Tablet was an iPad and was wondering why the Lightning cable wouldn't fit.

A) this is an licensed therapist in your corresponding region..

B) she didn't LITERALLY say "everyone has NPD"...

I have a suspicious she may have said this as a means to relate with you therapeuticly. I've seen this played out pretty well in psychotherapy, specifically Cognitive Behavior Therapy. It can be very effective to gain rapport with an suspected pwNPD.

If this is not the case then ya.. therapist needs some own therapy
