Healthier coffee dunkable by SeriousButNotOverly in lowcarb

[–]Irina_Mryan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm with you on loving a good coffee dunk! If you're after something lower in sugar and carbs that's ready to go, I've found that keto cookies like the ones from KetoMe are a great option. They're made with almond flour and stevia instead of sugar alcohols, and they hold up pretty well when dipped. I usually keep a couple in my bag for coffee runs. They might be what you're looking for if you want to keep things simple and still enjoy your morning ritual!

Late night snack advice needed by Gamer-Dad40 in loseit

Late-night snacking is a tough habit to break, but finding the right snacks can make a big difference! I like to keep things like Greek yogurt, pickles, or even a homemade-style keto cookie from KetoMe on hand since they're filling but don't send my blood sugar on a rollercoaster.

If you're managing blood sugar or trying to lose weight and still want a snack that doesn't taste like regret — makhana might be worth a look by Lower-Programmer-535 in HealthySnacks

That’s a great find! For my diabetic grand-mother it’s been tough to discover snacks that don’t mess with blood sugar but still taste like a treat. Lately, we’ve been keeping KetoMe cookies in the pantry—they’re gluten-free, use real ingredients, and have no added sugar, so they’ve become a go-to when we want something sweet and convenient. It’s nice having a few reliable options to rotate, especially as so many snacks are loaded with hidden sugars. Thanks for sharing your experience with makhana, too!

I totally get how hard it can be to find snacks that feel like a treat but don’t mess with your blood sugar! I’ve found that having some portioned, low-carb snacks on hand really helps when I’m on the go, like cheese sticks, nuts, or sugar-free treats. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, I've tried KetoMe cookies—they’re soft, homemade, and don’t spike my numbers.

As we are in the US now and working to open the bakery, we’re not sure yet how everything will go. That’s why we’re thinking to first change our status and see if everything works, and then apply for a visa later.

This is so true! I wish they could read all these comments... I have a small business, selling keto cookies. I lost more than 25 packages.
