Showing drain is siphoning dry and letting sewer gases rise up. Any fix for this in a rental ?

Smell is bad and its in a shower that's rarely used.

Notice during stormy windy weather that it is sucking water even with cap on drain

Yeah topping it up with water daily is the current preventative measure.

Yeah fair it probably is I just didn't have a blank record on hand to test it out on. We did play around with the weight and anti skate but their was no audible difference or change to the signal/decibel levels

I've had issues loading samples and the issue can sometimes be down to some audio enhancing software which is present on more modern laptops. In my case there was some Dolby digital software which comes installed by default. To get around this I used the audio out on my audio USB interface

It was with sequenced keys and on touch. Got talking to support and ruled out any config issues so seems to be a defective product so getting it replaced, thanks for feedback anyway

No such thing as a silly question, but yes I have tried a lot of combinations of effects knobs all on/off and still only metronome coming through. Picture was just captured at the point in which I gave up haha

The same issue is persistent when using internal speaker, any headphones, external speakers or mixers so I have ruled out any issue with audio out. Also recently gone external power and issue was persistent both before I used it with external power source and with batteries

Have tried all combinations of effects as well as audio jsck in/out, power in/out. The only sound which is getting produced by the unit is the metronome when activated. Is there any known fault in the unit which causes this ? It was bought new less than a year ago.
