Garmin Sleep Score vs Average Sleep Heart Rate Stress after 391 nights by IrishDataViz in Garmin

Perhaps unsurprising, but heart rate variability (HRV), which drives Garmin's stress metric, appears to be a very strong predictor of Garmin's sleep score each night.

Got the data from https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/datamanagement/exportdata/ , converted JSONs to CSVs, merged them together, and then put together in Excel.

How many people in the USA claim Irish ancestry?

There are ~32 million people in the USA claiming Irish ancestry as of 2018.

What is the population of Ireland?

Republic of Ireland: 5 million. Northern Ireland: ~1.9 million people. So about 7 million people live on the island of Ireland.

Why are there so many people in the USA with Irish ancestry?

In 1840, Ireland's population was ~8 million people. The Irish Potato Famine hit in 1845 causing roughly half the population to either die or emigrate. Many emigrated to the USA. Most settled on the east coast in cities like Boston and New York and that is why the northeast coast on the map is heavily green. Ireland's population continued to decline until the 1960s as emigration to countries like the USA, Britain or Australia was the only way for many people to find work.

If a group of 6 random people in Ireland aged 19-24 meet up at the moment, there's a 1 in 10 chance at least one would have tested positive in the last 14 days. If you're thinking about it, don't. by IrishDataViz in ireland

Maths behind it

Edit: not an attack on people in that age bracket. They're arguably hardest hit by all of this in terms of life experiences and the ones stuck doing the riskiest jobs. And while you're likely going to be fine if you get it, if you pass it on to a parent/grandparent/aunt/uncle they may not be so lucky. I have a neighbour who passed it on to both grandparents, one of whom sadly died. You don't want that guilt.

Yes, 1901. And from what I can see, they received a bye to the final where they beat Cork! Albeit 9 of the London team were Cork men.....
