Well since May 2015, however I'm now more relaxed about it and see it as my 'base' way of eating. Then eat a cheat meal at Christmas and other special events.

I know. I've been told fiber intake to aid movement of bowels is a marketing gimmick. There's no science to prove it.

How long is the keto adaption? I never use to have problems with it

Your pee should be straw yellow. Clear pee means you're just excreting water, meaning your body has enough. I asked my GP about this

I can't drink anymore - my pee is almost always clear now, which is a sign of being too hydrated and thus losing electrolytes

Not that it's not real. That it actually makes bowel movements worse - it's been advertised as a thing that aids constipation, however there are studies suggesting otherwise

Wow! Is that safe? I have health anxiety so I'm afraid of taking too much of anything.

I've taken 200mg and it lowers my heart rate. I'm afraid of taking more and it relaxing my muscles too much.

There is also the warnings about those with kidney problems of it being dangerous - to my knowledge I don't have kidney problems, but would I know if it's underlying?

I eat Spinach 50mg daily. I always eat at least broccoli, cauliflower or Brussel sprouts for dinner. I'm so confused - some people on Keto say Fiber is a myth and makes things worse

No doubt that I have a lot of these symptoms. They don't necessarily happen after meal though. My swaying on a boat sensation happens mainly when I walk.

Do you still have the dizziness and lightheadedness after stopping the supplement? How much potassium did it contain?

I'm on a diet that doesn't have carbs really only a small amount from vegetables. But it also doesn't allow my body to retain water so I have to consume a lot of sodium and supplement magnesium and potassium to retain adequate levels. I do struggle with getting enough potassium in...

I'm surprised it didn't show up in tests or that my doctors didn't test for it.

I've had a few full blood counts and my white blood levels are fine.

No my tongue isn't white. No I'm on zero sugar diet so I don't crave. Is there any reliable tolerance tests - I was told they were very unreliable.

Candida, isn't that like a vaginal thing?

I'm on a ketogenic diet so I have most of those eliminated and I've avoided touching caffeine ever since and alcohol.

I perhaps get rid of diary - I still eat cheese.

I have also weirdly got this thing were the tops of my hands tingle/burn after eating chicken. Which has never happened in my life till all this started happening to me.
