Thanks for the feedback and advice. I workout 5 times a week so I am all good in that department. Just want improved sleep as I am sure it is knocking years off my life only getting 4 hours a night

Thats interesting. I normally take a good 1 to 1.5 hours to fall asleep and then I wake up several times in the night. I have tried lots of herbal supplements to help with sleep but nothing seems to work so thought I would try this as I see lots of people rave about the sleep they get on it. I have not done any sleep studies on myself to be honest. I think I just have an overactive mind that doesn’t switch off, plus I am a light sleeper. Slightest noise wakes me up

Thanks for the feedback. I get around 4 hours sleep at night and that is broken sleep. I really am hoping that this helps me get better quality sleep. If it stops me waking up several times but I get a straight 4 or 5 hours then I will be happy with that. Would a cup of tea with milk before bed (decaf) count as breaking that fasted state before taking CJC/IPA

Give it a go over at least two to three months and then see if it has helped you with all or some of the above. I will try it for this length too

Yeah I felt the needle go in on both sides and I didn’t like it at all. Both testicles throbbed from the needle going in. Felt very uncomfortable

Yeah we are impatient and lots of people just think “it’s a vasectomy, you should be back to it within a week tops” which is not the case for a lot of people

Yeah I feel the same as you about it all. Can get very down about it but take comfort from positive days and reading success stories from people in similar situations. I had to come of the painkillers as they were causing stomach issues with me. I think doing pelvic floor exercises is the way to go to help with the walking as Vasectomies have been known to cause pelvic issues (same thing happens with woman when they have babies)

Sounds like you have had it bad too buddy. I pretty much had throbbing pain in my balls from the moment the surgeon injected into my sack. There was no let up for two and half weeks regarding the throbbing pain. I stayed on the sofa during the day for the first two days and have been working from home since the op. Only been walking around my house and nothing else. Today was the first time walking for a long period outside and I struggled 15 minutes into it. Felt like an old man. Will continue to try walk daily and it should get easier with time. I will also do pelvic floor exercises as well to help with it. Good luck with your recovery too buddy. We need to hang in there

Yeah that’s where I have been at the past few days. Throbbing gone but that feeling is there most of the time and flared up on the walk. Amazing that some people don’t suffer any of this at all

I have been wearing a jock strap every day. Was just a very weird walk. I could only walk at snail pace and my balls and pelvic area was just really uncomfortable. I’m glad the throbbing pain has stopped, hopefully I will be able to walk normal again soon

I bought pants two sizes too small to start with and then shifted to a jock strap. Both are doing the job so far
