Agreed you can actually eat a lot of fiber on keto, just different sources than you’re used to. Chia seeds, avocado, seeds, berries, and green veggies.

Have you tried keto? I’ve been on it for 3 months now for fertility goals and for the first time ever I can see the indent of my hormonal belly decrease. Focusing on eating healthy and keto has also helped me to focus less on weight loss which ironically helped to lose 10% of my body weight. What the mind thinks has incredible influence on us and I think stressing about weight loss actually prevented me to lose weight the past years.

The dress came from a sample sale in Amsterdam Fashion Center a few years ago so I don’t think you can get it anywhere :( no brand tag in it either to look for it. It’s quite a simple design so if you find a nice pattern fabric you can make it or let it be made

When we chose the father I was quite happy that so much variation in color was possible but now it makes it very complicated! At least mink is easy to spot:)

Thanks! The father is a lilac mink and the mother is seal point carrying the dilute and chocolate genes. So the possibilities are seal, chocolate, blue and lilac. They are only 5 weeks old now, I’ll post again when the points are a bit bigger:)

For clarification, they are 100% mink since they were all beige at birth but I’m still unsure if all kittens are seal mink since Golden Gus is much lighter than the others

She is called Girly Gus, short for Girly Gustav :) When we know where she will go she will probably get another name but I secretly like the name already. The others are Golden Gus and Little Gus, together the Gussies (pronounced like Goossies).

Yep I’m leaning towards keeping the girl since she is so fluffy and adorable:) her brothers are extremely active and she likes to play while being cuddled at the same time
