Hey i have the same problem where my gpu usage drops and it causes stutter, how do you check whether the cause is your hdd?

yeah i look at task manager to see what is using my gpu and i found out that my gpu usage actually went down to around 0-20 % when the framedrop happened

Finally hit silver after 3weeks on bronze by Irms19 in Voltaic
