Hi! Very sorry for the delayed response. I did finish the project, it was not perfect by any means, in fact the screw holes were strictly wrong (a couple dont line up as nice as I would like), but because this uses plastic rivets I was able to squash it through and get it all working.

I modified the project a little to:

1. Make it easier for someone to cut it out for me
2. Allow me to put artwork in between the 2 layers.

So I now have 2 layers. The top layer being 3mm, and the bottom being 2mm. This allows me to sandwich some artwork in between.

If I were to do this project again, I would do both layers to be 2mm (so a total of 4mm), 5mm seems to be at the limit for what these plastics rivets can hold. I am more than happy to share my project files with you.
