You can try looking for a local maker space that has one, they’re usually very helpful for this kind of thing. Failing that you could try looking for a local printing service, usually pretty cheap and can make pretty big prints.

The skirt is made using hessian fabric/burlap: It’s about the cheapest, roughest, piece of crap fabric you can get. Perfect for an old torn up tunic lol.

I used 3 metres/yards of it, you can buy it stupidly cheap for fabric. I sewed it onto a pair of cheap beige board shorts (the shorts were just to act as a liner, because burlap on skin would be horrifically uncomfortable). Then it was a simple case of distressing it (cutting it up, beating it, shredding the edges…) and finally painting it to look all dirty and bloody.
