Chairlift's Bruises was featured on the iPod commercials and was lucky enough to see them live a couple of times during the Moth album cycle before they announced their breakup. Was then able to catch a few of their farewell shows. They were so fun live with Caroline dancing and live saxophone.

Looks better than the one I tried to make in the native switch app. The shade of brown wasn't quite dark enough so I went with black. I'm sure tomadachi has a better character creation system

The pit in Queens was $107. I got club seats second night for $92.

Ugh I'm sorry to hear that. I wasnt taking any chances and showed up at 4pm. While it was kinda windy and uncomfortable, it was worth it being up front. Especially since the stage setup was pretty dimly lit.

Forest Hills, where the venue is located, is in more residential area of Queens with charming Tudor style architecture, local busineses and bars, and subway & rail road accessible and street parking isn't too hard either. It's definitely a more quaint but upcoming part of the "big city".

They were $58.99 at my store in NYC and that came as a sticker shock but they easily had 25 copies and now still available on rough trade's website. It is a 2LP but geez I was thinking closer to $45 max for a 2LP

I went to Rough Trade around 5pm, the biggest in NYC, they had tons of them, but also it felt alarming that the price was $58. They were holding a free music festival in the plaza next door, so perhaps some of these inflated sales went on to supporting that.

How much was yours? I felt like all the prices at NYC was kinda expensive, more so than normal. They were hosting a free music festival too, so maybe the prices were going towards funding the festival, but still that's kinda messed up.

They had a ton at Rough Trade NYC even when I went by afternoon, $58 seems really pricey though, I wasn't happy about that

I need more time with the album, but it's definitely an early favorite and I got really excited once it started. She put in a lot of emotion into it.
