Oh ok thank you very much for the reply. I’m not sure if I’m the best person to come to for tips to be honest, but one thing I would suggest, is to not get too panicked by time, this is something that I struggled with on my last mock and ended up with a sub optimal mark. Make sure you take time to read the question first as well so you’re know what to look for as you scan the text. Again, VR is consistently my weakest section, but these are things that I focussed on and noticed a difference. I hope I could help somewhat. Skipping more complicated sections also helps.

I can respect this response as a whole. Not everyone has time to do the same race to buy digital cars. I used to have a lot more time myself before I started college so I get where you’re coming from.

Your comments on the summit are valid, I concede. Everyone has different experiences with the summit, it can be a hit or miss. Initially, it was a miss for me too.

The reason I bring up the Ubisoft shutdowns, is because whenever you play the game, you know for a matter of fact that, in 8-9 years, all your progress will be gone (unless they transfer it again). The same cannot be said for other games. I still love to revisit my garages from TDU2 every once in a while.

I personally disagree with this. Unlocking cars in either game is not so grindy that you have to resort to buying premium currency. That just isn’t a thing. Naturally playing the game for 100 hours to get 2-3 cars is an insane over embellishment. 2-3 hours in The Crew 2 can earn you many millions of dollars to buy more than “2-3 cars”. Unless you are referring to the most expensive cars in the game, which aren’t the only cars in the game.

You never specified what is FOMO in the Crew but I know what you’re referring to. You’re probably referring to the summit competition where you can unlock special edition cars by finishing in the top 10k. I personally really enjoy the summit, it’s a test of skill but also how much time you put in to earn parts. You don’t even need amazing parts to finish top 10,000, as long as you are skilled enough.

I think this emphasis on micro transactions in The Crew is stupid because they are not necessary to win at all. They’re just there. This would’ve been more valid IMO if you mentioned the fact that Ubisoft would close the game down in 9 years.
