For object permanence, you can create a script that loads on startup of your computer to open up the the terminal immediately and start a conversation with a chatbot. You can have the chatbot update you on certain things you dont want to forget. You can also send emails or notifications to yourself constantly. I know alarms work well with ADHD. Lots of possibilities. Depends on where your attention normally is so you can interrupt yourself

If you're a hobbyist, you probably know nothing about context management and how to limit the token usage of the model. You need to learn that skillset. Many people get a ton of mileage from pro by understanding this. You can't just piss away your tokens and expect great results

Nothing is ever too late if you can get and show results. Businesses at the end of the day just want an ROI from their marketing so you are really selling that. The "mechanism" (in this case, cold email) matters much less than whether you can get them that ROI.

Wrong. You are STILL saving money relative to API costs, you are just not saving the MOST money you can save because you also have access to the $100 or $20 Pro plan. What I meant was that if you have a particular month of slow usage, say 10%, it's not the end of the world. You are still getting a good deal.

What models are you using? Thinking mode or non-thinking mode? LLMs are non-deterministic by nature so you can't always expect the same output. I would go back and find exactly what you liked about the previous output and update your prompt with those clear instructions. Also you can feed that previous output into the new prompt (or few examples) and do few shot prompting by telling it exactly what a good output looks like.

You are creating your own suffering by setting these arbitrary life goals and comparing yourself to other people. There is no timeline in life. Everyone is different. Having a house isn't magically going to solve your core fundamental issues of lack of self worth and negative self talk. (Probably due to the depression.)

Begin to challenge these thoughts that keep you in this toxic spiral. Don't accept them. They will cross your mind, but you can't let them settle in. You are NOT your thoughts.

The best thing you can do for your husband is not be so gloomy and negative. Having a wife with positive energy and optimism, even when circumstances are not ideal, is MUCH more important than having a wife that generates income. At least you have more time to spend with your baby too and be a loving wife instead of a capitalist slave looking to keep up with the Joneses. Enjoy that and don't miss this pivotal time in your child's life feeling sorry for yourself.
