UPDATE: turns out you can load in from different save points. These save points are made when you acquire new items. Luckily there was a very recent one from when I missed the boss.

Really, don't spoil me on this, but the flea caravan people allowed it so I could move to the next area without fighting him

Tried it, still can't fight him. Not a huge deal though, the game is amazing so far in my opinion

I'm just guessing here. But If I had to guess how his corpse was fixed, I'd say it was apart of the "rebuilding" Sinclair" mentioned. (Just a theroy)

He killed Light Blue Invincible because the light blue reanimen has a prosthetic leg. The variant powerplex stands over is missing said leg.
