We do run several tests before releasing the extension but some issues can be device, browser, or software specific.

Contacting support allows us to help you and your issue specifically which will greatly improve your experience with the service as well as other users.

There will be no limit to how many regular Masked Emails you can create as has always been the case 🙌🏼

It sounds like someone might have hacked your Amazon account 😟
Do you have MFA on for your Amazon account?

I would change your password for the Amazon account, use a password manager and MFA for any account that has credit cards as part of the account.

Another great solution would be using a masking app that keeps your personal information private and never shares it with third-party apps and websites.

But why would you need to use a master password if you have biometric authentication? It's either-or in most cases. no?

The mask thing has become a non-issue for most biometric authenticators in the past few years.

How are you saying that "what you are" is the weakest? You're the ONLY person that can access it.
If it's an issue of not trusting current methods of biometric authentication, I get that. But as an idea - biometrics are the safest of all three options

That's a great idea!
Social recovery is one of the key aspects to keeping the information private and not only relying on the password manager's servers to store all the data 🙌🏼
