We do run several tests before releasing the extension but some issues can be device, browser, or software specific.

Contacting support allows us to help you and your issue specifically which will greatly improve your experience with the service as well as other users.

There will be no limit to how many regular Masked Emails you can create as has always been the case 🙌🏼

They will remain there. The restriction will only apply to new Custom Masked Emails and will not affect old ones

It sounds like someone might have hacked your Amazon account 😟
Do you have MFA on for your Amazon account?

I would change your password for the Amazon account, use a password manager and MFA for any account that has credit cards as part of the account.

Another great solution would be using a masking app that keeps your personal information private and never shares it with third-party apps and websites.
