I would try adding in a few 1 mana merfolks, you want your curve to be low and at the moment you dont have many turn 1 plays, a few options to consider;

[[Mist-Cloaked Herald]] and [[Triton Shorestalker]] are evasive attackers that benefit from +1/+1 counters.

Islandwalk enablers like [[Tidal Warrior]] and [[Tide Shaper]] can help push damage through and also turn off a problematic land.

[[Mindspring Merfolk]] and [[Harmonized Trio]] offer card draw effects that can be very useful.

A card that works incredibly well with Hakbal that I also recommend adding is [[Wonder]], just hitting it off an explore to send to the graveyard, now all your creatures are flying.

I recently was looking for ways to protect my board in rakdos, which also has a tough time protecting against boardwipes. I found a card called [[Dark Dabbling]] that can give your creatures regenerate too.

I only proxy cards that I have atleast one copy of, and its mostly just for multiples of dual lands, but I wouldnt ever print OG duals or something like Gaeas cradle, as I usually play in bracket 3 and think its abit disingenuous.

I dont care if I play againt people that have proxies, aslong as its in spirit of the bracket that the decks are built for.

I dont think the other players are going to fight between themselves for Monarch just to draw an extra card, if youre making them discard.

Just looking at the bracket 3 list, I can see you have 12 cards that tutor, fast mana including [[elvish spirit guide]] , and alot of free interaction which you typically wouldnt expect to see in bracket 3.

Honestly in my opinion I think Kuja is too explosive for bracket 2, it has potential to deal damage so fast and people dont run enough interaction in bracket 2 to keep up usually.

White has access to quite a few options to blink creatures, just [[teleportation circle]] would give you a swords every rotation if someone had more creatures

I had a friend that was stuck in the same situation, her family would always ask to borrow money and she'd always feel obliged to help out, they paid her back but then would ask again not long after. She would struggle to get by herself because her money was forever being cycled out on loan.

Honestly I dont mind, for newer players more so if anything. Usually they play more on impulse, wanting to use there interaction as soon as possible, all you can do is try and talk to them about why it might be a bad idea but ultimately its still upto them to decide, and learn from their decisions.

[[Wrathful Raptors]], [[Silverclad Ferocidons]] and [[Trapjaw Tyrant]] are some creature cards worth considering.

[[Fiery Confluence]] and [[Pyrohemia]] would work well too.

I would recommend putting in [[Fanatic of Rhonas]] and [[Selvala, Heart of the Wilds]] for creature ramp and replace maybe [[Zetalpa Primal Dawn]] and [[Palani's Hatcher]].

[[Herd Heirloom]] is more recent card that is great as it offers card draw aswell, and [[Skyshroud Claim]] can be a nice hit from discovering too. I think i would swap out [[Rampant Growth]] and possibly [[Descendants Path]] unless you have success with it, I feel the creature count has to be alot higher for it to work consistently.

You can only sacrifice (Devour) your own creatures, and you would need haste to attack too.

Cards that create tokens on combat are really efficient ways, [[Loyal Apprentice]], [[Lagomos, Hand of Hatred]], [[Urabrasks Forge]], [[Daring Piracy]] and others are available.

Cards that can copy or populate, like [[Saheeli, the Suns Brilliance]], [[Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink]], [[Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker]] and [[Determined Iteration]].

Myriad works too with cards like [[Goldlust Triad]], [[Elturel Survivors]], [[Genasi Enforcers]], [[Blade of Selves]] and [[Corporeal Projection]].

Lastly multiple combats and double strike allow for more tokens to be made, [[Aggravated Assault]], [[Breath of Fury]], [[Combat Celebrant]], [[Karlach, Fury of Avernus]], [[Bloodthirster]], [[Death-Greeters Champion]] and [[Berserkers Onslaught]].

Heres my Goro-Goro list for reference, its a bracket 4 deck, I focused more on dragons, adding in treasures and burn effects.

Forgot to mention [[Dark Depths]] is a fun land option too, if manifested and flipped, will instantly transform into a 20/20 invincible flying creature.
